Great food,10/10. The staff was very friendly, food came out fresh and hot. On top of that, the restaurant was very clean. They also make homemade sauces, would honestly go just for the sauces as they taste like no other. Will be going again!
I have been driving past this restaurant for weeks while it has been under construction and they are finally open so I had to stop in and try it. I had the chicken tenders and fries with a side of jalapeño ranch and had to add cheese sauce on the side for the fries. The food had great flavor and the sauces were a must and to top it off the food was steaming hot! The staff checked on me multiple times to make sure I didn’t need anything else. I will definitely be back in I want to try the spicy chicken sandwich next time!
Went to Daddy’s Chicken Shack, the best experience any customer deserves. When I walked in, the cashier welcomed me in best way possible, choosing my order was so easy. And the food is a 10/10, was hot when i got my order, tasted fresh with just the right heat. If you’re coming here i would recommend the Nashville Chicken Sando. This restaurant got 5 stars from me, but deserves 10!

Regional Developers
Mr. John S. DiLeo Jr. worked side by side with his father, Mr. John S. DiLeo Sr., for over 20 years in the Technology industry, learning the business hands-on. In his role as Vice Chairman & President, he carried on the strong client service orientation and stringent quality standards, which are the family tradition. Today John is taking that tradition into the world of hospitality, as the president of Esparto Hospitality John is building a team of highly quality experts in running and operating successful restaurants, bars and lounges in and around NJ and with plans for national locations.
Anthony Fiorentino has an extensive career with the hospitality industry. He began his managerial career as the Operations Manager of Cuba Libre in Philadelphia, PA. He quickly moved up the ladder and became the beverage and nightlife director of Cuba Libre and 32 Degrees Luxe Lounge in the Tropicana Hotel Atlantic City, was the General Manager at Providence Nightclub, and went on to be the Operations Manager of the Light Group in Las Vegas.
With the Light Group, Anthony was an instrumental part in open in many places, such as the Bank Nightclub and Yellowtail Restaurant at the Bellagio, and Jet Nightclub at the Mirage in Las Vegas. Anthony left the Light Group to join Landry’s starting as a General Manager, working his way up to overseeing multiple restaurant locations as the regional Vice President. He oversaw all operations and financials for a team of restaurants that grossed $40 million. A few of the restaurants he has opened include Vic and Anthony’s Steakhouse, Grotto Italian Ristorante, and Lillie’s Asian Cuisine in the Golden Nugget Casino, Atlantic City.
Anthony was the regional director that opened Vic and Anthony’s Steakhouse, Grotto Italian Ristorante, Lillie’s Asian Cuisine, and Landry’s Seafood in the Golden Nugget, Lake Charles, Louisiana. He was also played a part in the opening and overseeing of Bills Bar and Burger in the Meatpacking District, Rockefeller Center, Downtown Marriott in Manhattan, and the Chicago Marriott. Most recently he has moved into a C.O.O position with Esperto Hospitality Group. Currently he oversees all operations at the recently opened Centrada in Red Bank, NJ, and the development of Catch 19 and Catezza.
